Agnaldo Andrade has more than 20 years of experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management and Insurance, leading sales teams in those 3 areas in the last 12 years. Mr. Andrade is a Managing Partner at HMC Capital and Head of Brazil Distribution. Before founding Itajuba Investimentos in 2008, Mr. Andrade worked at Grupo Icatu in Brazil, one of the country’s leading financial groups. From 1994 to 2003 he occupied the position of Commercial Director for Institutional Clients at several of Grupo Icatu’s businesses, such as Banco Icatu, Icatu Investimentos and BBA Icatu Investimentos.
Between 2003 and 2007 he joined Icatu Hartford Seguros S.A, a JV between Icatu Group and Hartford Life, as Managing Director. Mr. Andrade received his bachelor’s degree in administration from Cândido Mendes University, Brazil, and completed Wharton School’s Executive MBA Program. at the University of Pennsylvania.

Vinicius joined HMC Capital in 2023 and is the Head of Institutional Sales in Brazil, focusing on Pension Funds, RPPS, and Insurance Companies.
With over 20 years of experience in the Asset Management industry, mainly in distribution and relations with Brazilian Institutional Investors, Vinicius began his career at UAM (Unibanco Asset Management) and has worked at Itau Asset Management, BlackRock, Porto Seguro, Sul América Investimentos, Schroders, and Trigono Capital.
Vinicius has a degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Financial Sector Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and a global CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) certification.

Leonardo Camozzato is a Managing Partner at HMC Capital, a global alternative investment firm with $14.5 billion in assets under management and advisory from institutional and private investors. Mr. Camozzato has been involved in all phases of HMC’s development in Brazil since 2010. Currently, Mr. Camozzato is the Head of HMC Brazil, and also lead the international expansion towards Europe and the UK.
Prior to HMC, Mr. Camozzato worked as Senior Investment Consultant for Pension Funds and Insurance Companies at Mercer Investment Consulting and as Internal Consultant at Santander, both in Madrid, Spain. He previously worked at Icatu, a Brazilian financial group, where he helped to create the asset management division (Icatu Vanguarda) and to position it as a reference player in the local inflation-linked bond market to cover long term liabilities of institutional clients.
Leonardo Camozzato is an actuary graduated by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and holds a Master in Financial Management from Instituto de Empresa Business School (IE), Spain. He has an Executive Private Equity Diploma from London Business School.

Daniel joined HMC in 2013. Previously, Mr. Dancourt was Investment Manager at AFP Integra, the largest Private Pension Fund in Peru, where he was responsible for the 3 portfolios managed by the pension fund, with AUM of approximately USD 10 billion. Prior to this, he also held the positions of Equity Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Integra and was responsible for strategy and trading of these asset classes, both for local and international investments. Before joining Integra, he worked as Market Risk Assistant in BankBoston Peru Branch.
Mr. Dancourt holds a B.A. in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, Peru, and an MBA from Columbia University, USA, graduating with honors (Dean’s Honors). He is CFA Charter Holder and is member of the CFA Society Peru Board.

Francisco joined HMC Capital Peru in 2011. Previously he worked for Larrain Vial Peru since 2006, where he was Chief Operations Officer. During his tenure at LV, the firm managed to be authorized by local regulators and to start operations within the Peruvian Capital Markets. Mr. Dianderas was also involved on structuring several close end funds which raised money from Peruvian Institutional Investors. The focus and strategy of the funds structured were Private Equity, Real Estate, High Yield Fixed Income, Small Cap Equities and Exchange Traded Funds. He previously worked for the Peruvian Securities and Exchange Commission where he was involved in the structuring of products that allowed offshore junior mining companies to trade in the local market and allow investors to buy call options and short securities.

Nicholas joined HMC in 2019 as Head of Growth & Venture, to lead the company’s venture fund of funds, growth and early-stage platforms.
Prior to HMC, Nicholas served as Vice President of GSV Asset Management, a multi-fund asset management firm investing in leading venture and growth stage companies. At GSV, Nicholas was responsible for leading firm operations, strategic partnerships, and new product initiatives, including the GSV’s co-investment platform. He began his career in venture as an operator, leading business development for ConnectEDU, one of the education technology sector’s early VC-backed companies.
Mr. Franco graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a BA in International Relations. He serves on the Silicon Valley Board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, the global leader in youth entrepreneurship education.

Claudio joined HMC Capital in 2013. Prior to HMC, he worked as manager in several jobs and industries. In 2000, he joined Larrain Vial working for 12 years. He developed the asset management division for High Net Wealth Individuals and corporate distribution, as well as Chilean regional distribution channels and branches. In 2008 became Partner at Larrain Vial.
Mr. Guglielmetti is Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile and holds an MBA from Universidad Gabriela Mistral, Chile.

Felipe Held is CEO and Co-Founder of HMC Capital, a global alternative investment firm with $14.5 billion in assets under management and advisory from institutional and private investors. Mr. Held has been involved in all phases of HMC´s development since its founding in 2009. The firm has invested across alternative assets classes, including Private Equity, Venture/Growth, Credit and Real Estate.
Mr. Held has led the international expansion and proprietary investment products of the firm. He is a member of Investment Committee overseeing HMC’s multi-assets class investment platform. Based in New York, his experience and knowledge developing long-term businesses, has proven invaluable to the firm and our investors.
Prior to founding HMC, Mr. Held was Managing Director and Head of Sales of Larrain Vial, a Latam Investment bank.
Mr. Held holds a B.A. and an M.S.F from Adolfo Ibanez University (Santiago, Chile). He has an Executive Private Equity diploma from Harvard University and London Business School.

Juan Pablo joined HMC as an investment analyst, supporting the international funds distribution for institutional investors in the region, and the asset management, where he was actively involved in the analysis and structuring of various projects related to the real sector. In 2015 assumes as Head of Real Assets, leading the investment and management team in charge of the real estate development and income funds, in the Andean region. He structured and developed the first real estate housing fund in Peru, private credit strategies guaranteed by real assets, and a few international real estate transactions.
Mr. Hernandez holds a B.A. from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and Master in Finance from the same university. In addition, he has been teacher of Financial Management Fundamentals at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
Yonatan
Meyer

Yonatan joined HMC in 2018. He started his career in Larrain Vial, where he founded the corporate fixed-income research unit. Later he moved to Institutional Sales, where he led several investment funds’ placements, both proprietary and third-party, which allowed the consolidation of offshore fixed- income assets in portfolios of institutional clients throughout the region. He then took part in the creation of the first derivatives trading desk in Larrain Vial, enlarging the offer of derivatives and structured products to corporate, institutional and high net worth clients.
Later, he worked as an investment banker for Credit Suisse in New York and Santiago, participating in Financing and M&A transactions in Chile, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Mr. Meyer is Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Chile and earned a Master degree in Operational Management from same university. He also holds an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ricardo Morales is Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of HMC Capital, a global alternative investment firm with $14.5 billion in assets under management and advisory from institutional and private investors. Mr. Morales has been involved in all phases of HMC´s development since its founding in 2009. The firm has invested across alternative assets classes, including Private Equity, Venture/Growth, Credit and Real Estate. Mr. Morales oversees the advisory business and third party products of the firm.
Prior to HMC, Ricardo was Partner, Managing Director and Head of Latin America Institutional Sales at Larrain Vial, a Latam investment bank. During his tenure, this company enjoyed market leadership in offshore distribution from third parties within the Latin American Institutional Market. He was sole responsible for the internationalization of the company and opened offices in the whole region. He created the asset management division where he was Board Member and dedicated its efforts for placing the first regional Private Equity and Real Estate funds, opening doors for alternatives in the region. From that experience, he closed exclusive agreements with firms like Blackstone and Och Ziff to develop business in the Latin America. He previously worked in CNA Insurance Company as portfolio manager and initiated his career in 1997 as an equity research analyst.
Mr. Morales holds a Master in Macroeconomics and Financial Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica, Chile. He has an Executive Private Equity Diploma from Harvard and London Business School.

Bernardo Queima joined HMC Capital as a Partner in 2010 and is the current CEO of Gama Investimentos.
He has over 20 years of experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management and Insurance Markets, where he led sales, products, management, and commercial planning teams. Mr Queima started his career in Brazil at Icatu Group where he worked at the Asset Management Product Department and as an officer responsible for institutional investors. In 2003, he joined Icatu Hartford Seguros S.A, a JV between Icatu Group and Hartford Life, as a sales manager for institutional clients. Bernardo has a Master’ degree in Finance from IAG at PUC-Rio and a bachelor’s degree in Administration from PUC-Rio.

Guilherme Sousa joined HMC Capital as a Partner in 2020 and is the responsible for the Products area in Brazil.
Mr. Sousa has 12 years of experience in asset management, focusing in Private Equity, in addition to 3 years as CFO. In Private Equity, he served as a Director at GP Investimentos and co-founded Bratus Capital, an asset management focused on middle market. He also served as CFO at fintech Avante and CFO Latam at Gympass.
Guilherme holds a BA in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
